A brief overview of my research projects...
My research focusses on these astrophysical transients. The term transient here, is used to refer to sources that change in short timescales - from a few seconds to sometimes a few years, as opposed to the longer timescales that characterize e.g. the steady evolution of stars and galaxies. Astrophysical transients are sometimes associated with cataclysmic events like death of a star or merger of compact objects.
